European Human Rights Grey Zones

This book critically examines the effectiveness of the Council of Europe's human rights system in conflict-affected regions. It advances a new approach to understanding how the European Convention on Human Rights can be made more practical and effective for the 10+ million rights-holders living in so-called human rights 'grey zones'.
