Global Perspectives of Employee Assistance Programs

This book empirically addresses the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) concept and model in a global context. It features studies which deal with the design, cultural adaptability, evaluation, and measurement of international EAP in a variety of settings. It was originally published as a special issue of the Journal of Workplace Behavioral Health.
